The Pratto is a wine characterized by a body mind and a varied bouquet. It is a challenge that the winery wanted to take, going from conventional schemes unchanged while keeping to the respect for the territory. A late harvest where we wanted to combine Turbinia Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
